- What counts as a client?
- Non-archived, non-internal clients you've added in Telemia. Internal scratch workspaces don't count toward your cap.
- Can I downgrade?
- Yes, from Settings → Billing. New caps apply at the start of your next billing cycle; nothing is deleted.
- Do you offer enterprise pricing?
- Get in touch — hello@telemia.io. We can quote custom caps, longer retention, or annual terms.
- Why Polar, not Stripe?
